Is the brand audit really free?
Yes. We look at your Google and Instagram presence and put together a one-page report. No strings attached, and no obligation to buy anything.
How much does it cost?
The Brand Build Package is fixed-price, and we send the price along with your free audit. For a single service, we hop on a short call first and then send you a written quote.
How long does it take?
Brand strategy takes 2 to 3 business days, brand identity 3 to 5 business days including review rounds, and a website 5 to 10 business days. Every quote spells out the timeline in writing.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. We are fully remote and work over video calls, email and Instagram.
Do you do photo or video shoots?
We don't shoot. We edit footage you already have or film yourself, and we send a short guide on how to film it.
Who owns the logo, the files and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your business's name, and you get the logo, fonts and source files at handover.
Will you run our social media accounts?
Not at the moment. We don't do daily posting or DM management. We hand over ready-to-use templates and your first posts, so keeping things going is easy.
